Citrus Aurantium or Changotra is a fruit of citrus family and is very much relished in the upper areas of Himachal Pradesh. It locally goes by the name of Changotra by the majority of people. There are other fruits that resembles Changotra such as Khatta or Galgal but when it comes to the preparing the fruit with some additional spices nothing can beat the taste of Changotra.
